If you decide the item just isn’t for you, or you no longer want it, our returns policy explains your options.
- 30 days from fulfilment to return an item
- Items marked Final Sale can be returned for store credit.
- All other items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (conditions apply).
- Fair regional handling fees apply to refunds (waived for faulty or incorrect items)
We can only accept returns in original, as-new condition— unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

💛 Dani Marie Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives and it's not absolutely perfect, don't panic. We're here to help make it right.
Shopping online should be exciting and easy (not stressful) so here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your Dani Marie pieces, should the need arise.
✨ Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of fulfilment.
- Final Sale items -> eligible for store credit only.
- All other items -> eligible for free size exchange, store credit or refund, as long as they meet our condition guidelines.
- Gift with Purchase? If your order included a gift, it needs to come back too. (If it can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, the value will be deducted from your refund or credit.)
👗 Condition
To keep things fair for everyone, returns need to be in original, as-new condition.
That means:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
- All tags still attached
- Free from marks, make-up, perfume, deodorant or washing powder scents
If it looks (and smells) shop-fresh, then you're good to go! 💜
⏱️ Timing
- We usually approve return requests within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you’ll receive details of where to send your item(s).
- Please send your item within 3 days of approval — after that, returns are eligible for store credit only.
- After sending the item back and snapping a photo of your postage receipt, we can process your return immediately, instead of waiting for the item to arrive!
💸 Outcomes - Exchange or Return?
If you're not sure whether to request an exchange or get a refund, exchange is your best bet - it's faster and you're not out of pocket at all.
- Size exchanges are FREE - we even reimburse your return postage!
- Store credits are available to use as soon as they're issued.
- Refunds are processed immediately but may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account (depends on your bank/chosen payment method.)
- Handling fees may apply (see below), but don't worry - we always waive them for faulty or incorrect items.

- Store credit or exchange: Free.
North America:
- Refunds: USD $15 handling fee.
- Store credit or exchange: Free.
UK:
- Refunds: GBP £10 handling fee.

- Refunds: NZD $25 handling fee.
- Store credit or exchange: Free.

- Refunds: AUD $20 handling fee.
