Returns are simple, stress-free, and made with you in mind.

  • You have 30 days from fulfilment to request a return.
  • Items marked Final Sale can be returned for store credit.
  • All other items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (conditions apply).
  • Returns are free for store credit or exchanges — refunds have a small handling fee depending on your region.

We can only accept returns in original, as-new condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

✨ Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of fulfilment.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” can be returned for store credit only.
  • All other items are eligible for size exchange, store credit or refund, provided they meet our condition guidelines.
  • If your order included a gift with purchase, that item needs to be returned too. (If it can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, its value will be deducted from your refund or credit.)

👗 Condition

To keep things fair for everyone, we can only accept items that are in original, as-new condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached.

Please make sure your return is free of marks, perfume, makeup or washing powder scents.

⏱️ Timing

  • Return requests are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive your return label or return code (depending on your location).
  • Please send your item within 3 days of approval — after that, returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Once received, we aim to process returns within 7 business days.

💸 Outcomes

  • Refunds are processed immediately but may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account (depends on your bank/chosen payment method.)
  • Store credits are available right away.
  • Handling fees may apply (see below), though we always waive them for faulty or incorrect items.

Australia:

  • Refunds: AUD $20 handling fee.
  • Store credit or exchange: Free.

North America:

  • Refunds: USD $15 handling fee.
  • Store credit or exchange: Free.

UK:

  • Refunds: GBP £10 handling fee.
  • Store credit or exchange: Free.

New Zealand:

  • Refunds: NZD $25 handling fee.
  • Store credit or exchange: Free.

Rest of World:

  • Refunds: AUD $20 handling fee.
  • Store credit or exchange: Free.

🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Submit your request within 30 days of fulfilment via our Returns Portal.
  2. Select your item(s) and choose exchange, store credit or refund.
  3. You’ll receive your label or return code with all details to send it back.
  4. We’ll process your return once it’s received and send you an update.

All returns must be initiated through the portal — returns sent without approval can’t be processed. 🥺
